Key Activities

Review potential dealerships for return on investment (ROI), quality of management, and employee performance.

Develop a business plan that delivers the “desired ROI” profile for each dealership.

Develop profit and customer satisfaction improvement plans for every dealership.

Establish monthly review meetings with key dealership personnel.

Identify new hire candidates that are committed to upholding Nova Automotive Group’s standards.

Identify key performance indicators and reports for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting.

Schedule review meetings with franchise representatives to ensure that dealer performance meets or exceeds franchise expectations.

Develop standardized human resource policies and procedures across all Nova Automotive Group dealerships.

Identify and consolidate suppliers across all dealerships and departments to maximize economies of scale.

Establish key relationships with businesses, schools, and charitable organizations in every community we serve.
